Christopher Williams

Christopher Williams has been Accept's drummer since 2015, and is part of the line-up that has sustained the band's most stable phase since the 1980s. His function is constancy. Accept's repertoire rests on heavy riffs, mid tempos and collective choruses, and demands a drummer who marks firmly without competing for space — work of precision and endurance more than of invention. That is what he has delivered since The Rise of Chaos (2017), through Too Mean to Die (2021) and Humanoid (2024). Alongside Wolf Hoffmann and Mark Tornillo, he is part of the core that has kept Accept in continuous activity for more than a decade — the longest uninterrupted run in the group's history.
