Dino Jelusick — born in Croatia in 1992 — is a singer, keyboard player and composer, and the figure around whom the band Jelusick was built. He started very early: he won the first edition of a Croatian talent show while still a child, which gave him national exposure at an age when most musicians are still learning the instrument. That origin is unusual in hard rock, a genre that rarely recruits talents formed on television. His voice is what sustains his career: a wide, powerful register from the classic hard rock school of the 1970s and 1980s, able to hold high notes with weight rather than falsetto. That is what took him to Whitesnake, where he has worked since 2021 as keyboard player and backing vocalist — a rare position for a musician from Eastern Europe in a British group of worldwide reach. He also keeps Dirty Shirley, a project with guitarist George Lynch, and since 2023 leads the band bearing his surname, with which he recorded Follow the Blind Man (2023) and Apolitical Ecstasy (2025) — authored work in which he takes on vocals, keyboards and composition, playing a hard rock of classic structure with contemporary production.
