Ivan Keller

Ivan Keller — Croatian guitarist — has been part of the band Jelusick since its formation in 2023. The group is the authored project of Dino Jelusick, a singer and keyboard player who also works in Whitesnake, and plays a hard rock of classic structure — songs of direct form, with wide room for soloing — performed with contemporary production. In that format the guitar occupies the foreground alongside the voice, and there is nowhere to hide: the solo is not ornament, it is a structured section of the song. Keller recorded Follow the Blind Man (2023) and Apolitical Ecstasy (2025), the band's two albums so far. His presence is part of a recent phenomenon: heavy rock bands formed in Croatia and other Balkan countries that have begun to circulate internationally, a region that for decades stood on the margins of the European metal and hard rock circuit.
