Matti Hoffman — guitarist — is part of Escape the Fate's recent line-up, in the phase of the records Chemical Warfare (2021) and Out of the Shadows (2023). This is a specific period for the band. After nearly two decades of changes — singer, bassists, guitarists — Escape the Fate settled around Craig Mabbitt on vocals and Robert Ortiz on drums, with the repertoire resting on a heavy rock of wide choruses, far from the raw post-hardcore of the 2006 debut.
